Each features a beautiful sunken living room, private balcony, fully-equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, ensuite bathrooms,* and an additional entryway bathroom / laundry room. These spacious residences are the ultimate classic private retreats.

Premier residences are 4.5-star accommodations, typically featuring more recent remodels and upgrades. Furnishings are generally timeless in style, show excellent coordination, and are of high quality.

What kind of bedding is does the condo have?

 

Bedding will vary in each rental residence. All master bedrooms will have a king bed, but subsequent bedding will differ. In the 2 bedroom residences, the second bedroom will generally have two queen (or double) beds or one queen bed plus a bunk bed. In the 3 or 4 bedroom residences, a second bedroom will typically have one large bed and subsequent bedrooms will have multiple smaller beds. If you have a preference on bedding configuration for your group, please note that request when confirming your reservation.

WHAT IS THE DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY?

All reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of the initial deposit

  • General Reservations: A one (1) night deposit is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and the reservation is non-refundable at that time. If cancelled outside of 30 days, there is a $100 cancellation fee.
  • Holiday Reservations: For any reservation during the Holiday Season, a one (1) night non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due November 1st and the reservation is non-refundable at that time.
  • Extended Stays: For any stay that is 30+ nights, a $250 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and the reservation is non-refundable at that time.
What are Creekside's check-in and check-out times?

Check-in Time: 4:00 PM / Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM

Is early checkin or late checkout possible?

If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your residence, we recommend booking the residence for the prior night. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your residence until you depart. If you choose not to reserve, we will be happy to try to accommodate any request, but cannot guarantee early or extended access. Regardless of when you arrive or depart, you are welcome to use any of the Creekside facilities for the day.

Where do I check-in and pick up my keys?

Check in on site at the property’s front desk. When you pull in to the driveway, you will see the main lobby entrance under the porte-cochere.

What if I’m arriving after the front desk is closed? How do I check in?

Accommodations will always be made! Please alert the front desk if you will be arriving late or are delayed in some way and you will be provided further instructions.

Do you offer travel insurance?

Not directly, but you can protect your vacation investment with Travel Guard Travel Insurance. Information can be found here and can be purchased here.

Does my reservation include housekeeping?

Daily housekeeping is not included in your reservation. However, it can be arranged in advance for an additional fee. A mid-stay clean will be provided on any stay that is 6 or more nights. Please contact the front desk prior to your arrival if you require additional housekeeping services.

*Creekside has a very small housekeeping department and last-minute requests for housekeeping services cannot be guaranteed.*

Do you accommodate pets?

Unfortunately Creekside is unable to accommodate pets. However, there are usually a couple of playful pups in the office that you can visit with!

(Please note: No Pets – Guests are not permitted to bring Pets upon the Creekside Project. Please do not bring a Pet with you as the animal will not be permitted upon the Creekside Project. No refunds or reimbursements of any kind will be issued to a Guest who arrives with a Pet and cannot occupy the Unit as a result. Creekside does permit Service Animals per the Americans with Disabilities Act which is limited to dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. We encourage you to advise Creekside Management of your intention to bring a Service Animal with you in order to facilitate your check-in process. If your disability is not obvious you may be asked if the dog is a service animal required because of a disability and what work or task the dog been trained to perform. Please note that no accommodation will be provided for Assistance Animals. An Assistance Animal” is not a Service Animal. For more information please refer to the entire pet policy here.)

What type of coffee maker is in the condo? Are there filters?

Most residences will have a regular coffee maker (with filters), but a couple do have a Keurig machine. Extra coffee makers and filters are readily available at the front desk.

Is there air-conditioning in the condos?

A couple of condos have added A/C units in their master bedrooms, but there is no central air conditioning at Creekside. It might get warm during the day, but most evenings are very cool. If you leave too many windows open at night, you might wake up cold!

Are there humidifiers in each residence?

Most condos will have a humidifier in each bedroom, but this is not guaranteed because it is up to each individual homeowner. If you need to be guaranteed a humidifier, we recommend renting one through Vail Humidifiers.
