Is there parking available at the property?

Yes! Each condominium is allotted one parking spot. Additional parking is not guaranteed, depends on availability, and is subject to change. When available, extra parking costs $50 per night. Extra parking will not be assigned until the day of your arrival, but please inform the front desk in advance if you need it. This way, the front desk can prepare additional options. Note that there is no parking for campers, RVs, or trailers available at Creekside.

Can I ship some packages?

Yes. However, we can only accept UPS or FedEx. DO NOT SHIP USPS. If you do not know which carrier will deliver the package, please do not order or send it. (Amazon is a constant problem!) If a package is sent via USPS, even inadvertently, it will incur a $25 handling fee.

What about shipping my luggage and skis out?

How close is Creekside to the Village?

We are right in the heart of Beaver Creek Village! We’re conveniently located at 1156 Village Rd, which is approximately a 5-minute walk to all the shops and restaurants. 

How is Creekside ski in/out?

Creekside is ski out via a small and short skiway to the Elkhorn lift, which is a great access lift to get to either the Strawberry Park or Bachelor Gulch areas of the mountain. At the end of the day, you can ski right to the back door of the property via the Creekside Skiway through Creekside park. These ski ways are very mellow runs, but can be a little narrow – as long as everyone can “pizza,” they’ll be fine! Maps with more detailed instructions are available at the front desk.

How do we get to ski school?

The complimentary, on-demand resort skier shuttle will be the most convenient way. This shuttle will drop you off at Centennial Station where you will see the base of the Centennial Lift. Ski school meets right there! We do not recommend skiing down to the Elkhorn Lift because you will not make it to your lesson on time.

Where is Creekside located?

Creekside is located at 1156 Village Rd, Avon CO 81620 (Beaver Creek Village)

How far is Creekside from the airport and what transportation options are available?

Beaver Creek is an approximate 2 hour drive from Denver International Airport or 40 minutes from the Eagle-Vail Regional Airport. Please consult our trip planner page for transportation options.

Is parking available at the property?

Yes! Each condominium is allotted 1 parking spot. Any additional parking is not guaranteed, will be based on availability, and is subject to change. When available, additional parking is $50/night. Extra parking will not be assigned until the day of your arrival, but please alert front desk in advance if you require additional parking. This way, the front desk will be prepared with additional options.

*Note that there is NO camper/RV/van/trailer parking available at Creekside.*

Do I even need a car while at the resort?

It depends on what you want to do during your stay in Beaver Creek. Many guests rent cars but end up leaving them parked in the garage for their entire vacation. If you plan to stay within Beaver Creek, it’s best to enjoy the convenience of a shuttle ride and not worry about a car. However, if you are more adventurous and want to explore more of what Colorado has to offer, a rental car will be the more convenient option.

What do we do if we’re taking a shuttle to Creekside?

Just come and check in like normal, but make sure to not unload your luggage yet! Creekside has two buildings and if you’re staying in the “Birch Building,” the shuttle can be directed to a much more convenient spot to offload luggage.

Do you have a concierge & what services are provided?

Yes and no. Being a small team, we are happy to help with recommendations and ideas, but there is no dedicated concierge staff.

Where do I check-in and pick up my keys?

Check in on site at the property’s front desk. When you pull in to the driveway, you will see the main lobby entrance under the porte-cochere.

What are Creekside's check-in and check-out times?

Check-in Time: 4:00 PM / Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM

Is early checkin or late checkout possible?

If you expect to arrive early in the day and want immediate access to your residence, we recommend booking it for the previous night. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will ensure access to your residence until you leave. If you choose not to reserve, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee early or extended access. Regardless of when you arrive or depart, you are welcome to use any of the Creekside facilities for the day.

What if I’m arriving after the front desk is closed? How do I check in?

Accommodations will always be made! Please alert the front desk if you will be arriving late or are delayed in some way and you will be provided further instructions.

What do I need to do for checkout?

There’s nothing you need to do before leaving – Our housekeeping team will handle all cleaning after your departure. We kindly ask that you return all keys to the drop box located at the front desk.

What are Creekside's hours of operation?

The front desk is open 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., 7-days a week. Someone is also always on call for any emergencies.

(*Note that these hours do change during the spring / fall and the front desk is closed on Saturday and Sundays.*)

Is there high-speed internet access. What is the cost?

Yes, high-speed internet is available and is included with your reservation.

Is there cell phone coverage at the property?

Yes, there is cell phone coverage at Creekside and throughout Beaver Creek.

Do you have a business center?

We do not have a business center. However, there is a wifi-enabled printer available in the lobby 24-7. Or, feel free to send documents to the front desk to be printed during business hours. info@creeksidebeavercreek.com

Do you accommodate pets?

Unfortunately Creekside is unable to accommodate pets. However, there are usually a couple of playful pups in the office that you can visit with!

(Please note: No Pets – Guests are not permitted to bring Pets upon the Creekside Project. Please do not bring a Pet with you as the animal will not be permitted upon the Creekside Project. No refunds or reimbursements of any kind will be issued to a Guest who arrives with a Pet and cannot occupy the Unit as a result. Creekside does permit Service Animals per the Americans with Disabilities Act which is limited to dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. We encourage you to advise Creekside Management of your intention to bring a Service Animal with you in order to facilitate your check-in process. If your disability is not obvious you may be asked if the dog is a service animal required because of a disability and what work or task the dog been trained to perform. Please note that no accommodation will be provided for Assistance Animals. An Assistance Animal” is not a Service Animal. For more information please refer to the entire pet policy here.)

Can you smoke at Creekside?

Creekside is a smoke-free environment and smoking of any kind is prohibited on property, even outside or on balconies/patios.

What is the bedding configuration in your condos?

Bedding will vary in each rental residence. All master bedrooms will have a king bed, but the bedding in other rooms will differ. In the two-bedroom residences, the second bedroom usually has two queen (or double) beds or one queen bed plus a bunk bed. In the three- or four-bedroom residences, a second bedroom typically has one large bed, while the other bedrooms have multiple smaller beds. If you have a preferred bedding configuration for your group, please note that request when confirming your reservation.

Are there humidifiers in each residence?

Most condos will have a humidifier in each bedroom, but this is not guaranteed because it is up to each individual homeowner. If you need to be guaranteed a humidifier, we recommend renting one through Vail Humidifiers.

Is there an iron/ironing board in the condo?

Yes. Each residence has an iron and ironing board.

Are paper towels, dishwashing detergent, ect provided?

Absolutely! Everything you should need is provided with the exception of laundry detergent. Small boxes of laundry detergent are available at the front desk.

Are there smart TVs to watch Netflix, Hulu, ect on?

Most residences have a smart TV with streaming apps, but this is not guaranteed. If streaming is important to you, we recommend bringing a Firestick, Apple TV, Chromecast, etc. These devices will work because our Wi-Fi is unique to each condo and not a standard hotel network. If you bring your own device, remember to take it with you. If you log into an app on the TV, make sure to log out. Creekside is not liable for any use of streaming apps, and it is your responsibility to log out of your account.

Is there air-conditioning in the condos?

A few condos have added A/C units in their master bedrooms, but there is no central air conditioning at Creekside. It can get warm during the day, but most evenings are quite cool. If you leave too many windows open at night, you might wake up feeling cold!

Does my reservation include housekeeping?

Daily housekeeping is not included in your reservation, but it can be arranged in advance for an additional fee. A mid-stay clean will be provided for stays of 6 nights or more. Please contact the front desk before your arrival if you need additional housekeeping services.

Creekside has a small housekeeping department, so last-minute requests for services cannot be guaranteed.

Is there any sort of turndown service?

Creekside is not staffed for additional housekeeping services.

Is there a microwave, refrigerator, ect in the condo?

Absolutely! All residences have a full kitchen with all the conveniences you would expect. If you feel inclined, you could cook a full Thanksgiving dinner!

What type of coffee maker is in the condo? Are there filters?

Most residences will have a regular coffee maker (with filters), but a couple do have a Keurig machine. Extra coffee makers and filters are readily available at the front desk.

Are their hairdryers in each condo?

Yes. Extras are also available at the front desk.

Is there shampoo and conditioner provided?

Starter shampoo and conditioner are provided in each bathroom of the residences. If needed, more is available at the front desk.
