What are the travel guidelines and requirements for travelers coming to the area?

Please visit the Eagle County website for up-to-date information on travel guidelines and requirements for travelers coming to the area.

Are face coverings and social distancing required?

In alignment with state and county guidelines, guests that are fully vaccinated are not required to wear face masks or practice social distancing in indoor or outdoor settings. Guests that are not fully vaccinated are required to wear face masks and maintain six feet of physical distance in public areas and when interacting with Creekside employees or other guests.

Are all amenities available?

All amenities (hot tub, pool, fitness facility are currently available. However, this is subject to change quickly and without notice depending on local and state guidance.

Is housekeeping service available?

For employee safety and comfort, daily housekeeping services are not available. For any stay that is 6-nights or longer, a mid-week clean will be included with your stay, but we do require that all guests be out of the residence during the time of service.

Advance request is required for any service.

Where is Creekside located?

Creekside is located at 1156 Village Rd, Avon CO 81620 (Beaver Creek Village)

How far is Creekside from the airport and what transportation options are available?

Beaver Creek is an approximate 2 hour drive from Denver International Airport or 40 minutes from the Eagle-Vail Regional Airport. Please consult our trip planner page for transportation options.

Is parking available at the property?

Yes! Each condominium is allotted 1 parking spot for their stay. Any additional parking is not guaranteed, will be based on availability, and is subject to change. When available, additional parking is $30/night. Extra parking will not be assigned until the day of your arrival, but please alert front desk in advance if you require additional parking. This way, the front desk will be prepared with additional options.

*Note that there is NO camper/RV parking available at Creekside.*

Do I even need a car while at the resort?

It depends on what you are looking to do during your stay in Beaver Creek. Many guests rent cars and end up leaving them parked in the garage for the duration their vacation. If you plan on staying within Beaver Creek for your stay, it’s recommended to enjoy the convenience of a shuttle ride and not worry about a car. If you are more adventurous and looking to explore more of what Colorado has to offer, a rental car will be the more convenient option.

What do we do if we’re taking a shuttle to Creekside?

Just come and check in like normal, but make sure to not unload your luggage yet! Creekside has two buildings and if you’re staying in the “Birch Building,” the shuttle can be directed to a much more convenient spot to offload luggage.

Where do I check-in and pick up my keys?

Check in on site at the property’s front desk. When you pull in to the driveway, you will see the main lobby entrance under the porte-cochere.

What are Creekside's check-in and check-out times?

Check-in Time: 4:00 PM / Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM

Is early checkin or late checkout possible?

If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your residence, we recommend booking the residence for the prior night for immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your residence until you depart. If you choose not to reserve, we will be happy to try to accommodate any request, but cannot guarantee early or extended access. Regardless of when you arrive or depart, you are welcome to use any of the Creekside facilities for the day.

What if I’m arriving after the front desk is closed? How do I check in?

Accommodations will always be made! Please alert the front desk if you will be arriving late or are delayed in some way and you will be provided further instructions.

Is there a concierge? What specific services are provided?

Yes and no… Being a small team, we are happy to help with recommendations and ideas, but there is no dedicated concierge staff.

What are Creekside's hours of operation?

The front desk is open 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., 7-days a week. Someone is also always on call for any emergencies.

(*Note that these hours do change during the spring / fall and the front desk is closed on Saturday and Sundays.*)

Is there high-speed internet access. What is the cost?

Yes, high-speed internet is available and is included with your reservation.

Is there cell phone coverage at the property?

Yes, there is cell phone coverage at Creekside and throughout Beaver Creek.

Do you have a business center?

We do not have a business center. However, there is a wifi-enabled printer available in the lobby 24-7. Or, feel free to send documents to the front desk to be printed during business hours. info@creeksidebeavercreek.com

Can we ship some packages to Creekside?

Of course! The physical address to Creekside is 1156 Village Rd, Avon, CO 81620. Please be aware that the property can only accept UPS or Fedex. DO NOT ship via US Postal Service or you will not receive your package. If you have not arrived to the property yet, please limit the amount of items you send due to minimal storage space. If you also need to ship items to your home upon your departure, make sure to have a pre-paid shipping label for the package and a pickup scheduled with the shipping service.

Do you accommodate pets?

Unfortunately Creekside is unable to accommodate pets. However, there are usually a couple of playful pups in the office that you can visit with!

(Please note: No Pets – Guests are not permitted to bring Pets upon the Creekside Project. Please do not bring a Pet with you as the animal will not be permitted upon the Creekside Project. No refunds or reimbursements of any kind will be issued to a Guest who arrives with a Pet and cannot occupy the Unit as a result. Creekside does permit Service Animals per the Americans with Disabilities Act which is limited to dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. We encourage you to advise Creekside Management of your intention to bring a Service Animal with you in order to facilitate your check-in process. If your disability is not obvious you may be asked if the dog is a service animal required because of a disability and what work or task the dog been trained to perform. Please note that no accommodation will be provided for Assistance Animals. An Assistance Animal” is not a Service Animal. For more information please refer to the entire pet policy here.)

Is the water safe fore drinking?

The tap water is perfectly fine to drink and quite tasty. Bottled water is not availabe at the property.

Can you smoke at Creekside?

Creekside is a smoke-free environment and smoking of any kind is prohibited on property, even outside.

What is the bedding configuration in your condos?

Bedding will vary in each rental residence. All master bedrooms will have a king bed, but subsequent bedding will vary. In the 2 bedroom residences, the second bedroom will generally have two queen (or double) beds or one queen bed plus a bunk bed. In the 3 or 4 bedroom residences, a second bedroom will typically have one large bed and subsequent bedrooms will have multiple smaller beds. If you have a preference on bedding configuration for your group, please note that request when confirming your reservation.

Are there humidifiers in each residence?

Most condos will have a humidifier in each bedroom, but this is not guaranteed because it is up to each individual homeowner. If you need to be guaranteed a humidifier, we recommend renting one through Vail Humidifiers.

Is there an iron/ironing board in the condo?

Yes. Each residence has an iron and ironing board.

Are paper towels, dishwashing detergent, ect provided?

Absolutely! Everything you should need is provided with the exception of laundry detergent. Small boxes of laundry detergent are available at the front desk. 

Are there smart TVs to watch Netflix, Hulu, ect on?

Most residences will have a smart TV with streaming apps, but this is not guaranteed. If streaming is very important to you, we recommend you bring a Firestick / AppleTV / Chromecast / ect with you. These types of devices will work because our wifi is unique to each condo and not a standard hotel network. If you do bring your own device, remember to take it with you and if you do log into an app on the TV, make sure to log out. (Creekside will not be liable for any use of streaming apps and it is your responsibility to log out of your account.)

Is there air-conditioning in the condos?

A couple of condos have added A/C units in their master bedrooms, but there is no central air conditioning at Creekside. It might get warm during the day, but most evenings are very cool. If you leave too many windows open at night, you might wake up cold!

Does my reservation include housekeeping?

You will receive housekeeping during your stay with us unless you received a discounted nightly rate. If daily housekeeping is not included in your reservation, it can be arranged for an additional fee. A mid-stay clean will be provided on any stay that is 6 or more nights. Please contact the front desk prior to your arrival if you require additional housekeeping services.

*Note, daily housekeeping services are currently suspended due to the Covid-19 pandemic.*

Is there any sort of turndown service?

Creekside is not staffed for additional housekeeping services.

Is there a microwave, refrigerator, ect in the condo?

Absolutely! All residences have a full kitchen with all the conveniences you would expect. If you feel inclined, you could cook a full Thanksgiving dinner!

What type of coffee maker is in the condo? Are there filters?

Most residences will have a regular coffee maker (with filters), but a couple do have a Keurig machine. Extra coffee makers and filters are readily available at the front desk.

Are their hairdryers in each condo?

Yes. Extras are also available at the front desk.

Is there shampoo and conditioner provided?

Starter shampoo and conditioner are provided in each bathroom of the residences. If needed, more is available at the front desk.
