The Vilar Center
Located in the heart of Colorado’s Beaver Creek Resort, this 530-seat theatre, operated by the Vail Valley Foundation, presents a variety of year-round performances including concerts, comedy, dance, film, Broadway, family shows and more. (Website)
Colorado Ski & Snowboard Museum
The Colorado Ski & Snowboard Museum preserves and interprets the history of skiing and snowboarding. Interactive exhibits include Winter Olympic memorabilia, Colorado skiing artifacts and 10th Mountain Division films and displays. (Website)
Walking Mountains Science Center
The Walking Mountains Science Center looks to awaken a sense of wonder and inspire environmental stewardship and sustainability through natural science education. The Avon Recreation Center, located at 90 Lake Street in Avon, and offers full gym facilities, fitness classes, lap pool, jaccuzzu dry sauna and steamroom along with a 140-ft water slide, lazy river, kids splash-n-play area, aquaclimb climbing wall, diving well for the kids.
