Welcome Screen

When you open the app, you’ll be greeted with a welcome screen. If you’ve used the app before or have been in Beaver Creek for a few days, the “Recents” button is a great place to start, as it stores your previous drop-off history.

If not, tap into the “Where to?” field.

Where to?

Begin typing the name of where you want to go. The app will update results as you type!

Recommended drop-offs are:

• Centennial Station – This is closest to the main Centennial Lift base area. (This is where ski school meets!)
• Vilar Performing Arts Center – Use this to head to the ice skating rink area.
• St. James Place – We recommend this drop-off if you’re heading to the Dusty Boot or Village Market.

Make your selection of where you want to go.

Where are you?

You’ll be prompted for your pickup location. (Where are you?) If you’ve saved Creekside, it should be right at the top. If not, tap into “Type or select a pickup location” and begin to type “Creekside.”

How many people?

It will ask you how many people is the pickup for.

Confirm the details are correct and select “continue.”

Lastly, it will estimate your pickup time and how long it will be.

This is an excellent feature, especially during busy periods. As you prepare in the morning, you can access the app and check the shuttle’s estimated arrival time. If it’s only a few minutes away and you’re not ready yet, don’t order it. However, if the app indicates a 25-minute pickup time and you’ll be ready in 20 minutes, you can plan accordingly.
