IMPORTANT NOTICES AND WARNINGS REGARDING COVID-19

ASSUMPTION OF RISK – WARNING: YOU ENTER CREEKSIDE CONDOMINIUM PROJECT AT YOUR OWN RISK IN RELATION TO COVID-19. CREEKSIDE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION IS FOLLOWING EAGLE COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH ISSUED GUIDELINES IN ORDER TO REDUCE THE SPREAD OF NOVEL CORONAVIRUS, OR COVID-19 BUT CANNOT GUARANTEE A VIRUS FREE ENVIRONMENT  

The novel coronavirus, or COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious. While Creekside Condominium Association has put in place preventative measures as recommended by Eagle County Public Health to reduce the spread of COVID-19;  Creekside Condominium Association cannot guarantee that you are your child(ren) will not be exposed to and/or contract COVID-19. Further, coming to the Creekside Condominium Project, which is accessed by Owners and guests from around the world, could increase your risk and your child(ren)’s risk of contracting COVID-19. By entering the Creekside Condominium community you assume that risk. 

We ask that everyone who enters the Creekside Condominium Project adhere to all Eagle County Public Health issued guidelines including the 5 Commitments to Containment. Please do your part to protect each other and your community by adhering to the guidelines. While staff will make best efforts to request Owner and guest compliance with Eagle County Public Health issued guidelines, Creekside Condominium Association cannot guarantee that all Owners and guests will adhere to those requirements. Creekside Condominium Association reserves the right to request or require the removal any non-complying person from the Creekside Condominium Project or to adopt or modify any Creekside guidelines and restrictions as needed.

The 5 Commitments of Containment:

  1. Maintain 6 feet of social distance.
  2. Wash hands often.
  3. Cover face in public.
  4. Stay home when sick.
  5. Get tested immediately if symptoms.

You must be free of any Symptoms consistent with COVID-19 for at least ten (10) days before your arrival. You are required to self-screen for Symptoms each morning while in Eagle County, Co. If you become ill or are exposed to COVID-19 while visiting Eagle County, Co., you are required to Self-Isolate or Self-Quarantine as per Eagle County Health Orders. You will be responsible for all related costs and impacts to your travel.  You are also required to seek medical attention and testing if you experience any COVID-19 symptoms.
